- Non-Returnable Items: Certain products such as innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, and clearance sale items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or special terms.
How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

- Go to the ‘Orders’ section and select the item you wish to return.
- Click on ‘Return/Replace’ and select the reason for the return.
- Confirm your return request.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and hand it over to the delivery agent during the scheduled pickup.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy. After the approval:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, bank account, etc.) or as a store credit on JustFashion.in.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product, the following conditions apply:
- Exchanges are only allowed for size or color variations of the same product (subject to availability).
- Follow the same return steps to initiate an exchange request.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. To cancel your order:
- Log in to your account on JustFashion.in.
- Go to the ‘Orders’ section, find your order, and click ‘Cancel.’
- Once your order is canceled, you will receive a confirmation and a full refund.
Important Notes
- Items damaged due to improper use or handling are not eligible for return or refund.
- The shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return request if it does not comply with our policy.
